In most cases, yes — bring a printed quote or show us the online rate and we'll match it when possible. Our retail rates are already competitive, and being a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter means you get authorized pricing without a FedEx account.
FedEx pickup happens in the afternoon on weekdays; to ship out same-day with overnight delivery, drop off earlier in the day. Call us at (408) 372-8689 to confirm the exact cutoff time — it can vary by a few minutes season to season.
Yes. International shipping (especially FedEx International and USPS International) requires customs declarations. We walk you through the CN22/CN23 form, help you describe the contents correctly, and assign appropriate HS codes when possible. Getting this right avoids customs delays.
Yes to both. We stock a full supply counter: boxes in common FedEx and USPS shipping sizes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, padded mailers, envelopes, and USPS Forever stamps (sold at face value, no markup). If you'd rather not pack it yourself, our pack-and-ship service is very competitive — professional packing starts at just $5 depending on the item and box size. Bring your items in and we'll box them, cushion fragile contents, and get them into the carrier network.
FedEx can typically hold packages for pickup at our location if the sender selected the Hold at Location option. For regular incoming package acceptance, you'll need a private mailbox with us. We don't accept drop-shipped packages for non-customers.
Size and weight limits depend on which carrier and service you pick — we follow USPS and FedEx published limits. As a general guide: USPS caps most services around 70 lbs per package with a 130-inch length-plus-girth limit. FedEx Ground goes up to 150 lbs per package. FedEx Express services have similar weight caps with tighter dimension rules. If your item is bigger or heavier than that — pallets, large appliances, motorcycles, bulk freight — it needs a dedicated freight forwarder and we'd refer you out. Bring your item in or call us at (408) 372-8689 and we'll check the current specs and pick the right service at the counter.
Yes — as long as the label is a **prepaid FedEx or USPS** label. We'll scan it in and get it into the carrier network with no fee. Amazon often routes returns through UPS Store drop-off only; we're not a UPS location, so if your Amazon return shows "UPS Store" as the drop-off, we can't process it. Check the carrier on your return label before you come in — anything marked FedEx or USPS is welcome.
Yes. Both FedEx and USPS offer declared value coverage which we can add at the counter. For high-value items (over $500), we recommend declaring full value and keeping the receipt.

“The team is great — really friendly, quick and professional. I've used them to ship FedEx packages as well as LiveScan services and highly recommend the shop for mailbox use, shipping, passport photos, etc.”
